Another relative newcomer to the music scene is alternative rock band Nothing But Thieves who cite artists such as Muse and Kasabian amongst their influences to deliver this powerful rock track that’s already received significant airplay on Triple J.

In anticipation for the release of her new album later this year, Australian pop singer and ARIA Award Winner Jessica Mauboy has released this energetic single which allows her to use her powerful and soulful voice to its full potential.


7. Raury – Friends

After winning widespread acclaim for his debut album ‘Indigo Child’, American soul and folk artist Raury has teamed up with Rage Against The Machine’s Tom Morello to deliver this track which will appear on his upcoming second album ‘All We Need’, due to be released on October 16.


8. Big Grams – Lights On

Consisting of rapper/ex-Outkast member Big Boi and electro-rock due Phantogram, the supergroup Big Grams will be releasing their self-titled debut album on September 25 and this single gives us an idea of the very diverse music this new trio are creating.


9. Bring Me The Horizon – Happy Song

On their most recent album ‘That’s The Spirit’, Sheffield rockers Bring Me The Horizon have incorporated many new sounds into their heavy music which their fans will get to hear up close and personal when they play at the Soundwave Festival in 2016.


10. Rhodes – Wishes

Thanks to his stripped-back sound and talented songwriting, Rhodes has just released his debut album ‘Wishes’ which has led him to be compared to artists such as Adele and Jeff Buckley.
