Steam Train Sunday’s

Travel back through time and take a trip on one of Brisbane’s iconic steam train rides. 

The Workshops Rail Museum’s Steam Train Sunday allows you to travel on a beautifully restored vintage train.

Families and children will love climbing aboard to take a seat in one of the classic carriages featured with open windows and some with a Juliette balcony. 

Leaving Roma Street Station, the steam train travels through some of Brisbane’s historic stations, allowing passengers to take in the beautiful views.

The hour long journey will have your littlies full of excitement while it takes you over some of Brisbane’s well known bridges, river crossings and through tunnels. The trip also caters for adults alike as you can take in some of the breathtaking views that Brisbane city has to offer.

Details: Stream Train Sunday | Departs from Roma Street Station once a month until May 2016, departing at approximately 10:15am and 11:40 on selected Sundays.
