Sazerac is the first sky bar to hit Brisbane, boasting 30-story high views of the river, botanic gardens and historic and modern buildings in the city.
What used to be the gymnasium at the four star hotel has been transformed into a seductive and sophisticated bar to make great use of the indoor-outdoor space.
Sazerac sky bar at Four Points by Sheraton offers multiple dining areas to indulge in alluring cocktails and mouth watering grazing plates.
From the deck to the main bar, lounge zone or private function area, guests and foodies are invited to sip on the sweet plum pisco and bitters Sugar Plum Fairy, the dreamy and incredibly addictive Salted Caramel Martini (a dessert in itself!) or the delightful Es-presso served in a plunger with biscotti to dip.
The Sazerac Signature is a strong and bitey drink taking inspiration from Antoine Amedie Peychaud’s classic 1835 cocktail founded in New Orleans. Sazerac at Four Points by Sheraton add a cheeky hit of absinthe, making the stiff drink their own.
Grazing plates include Cajun spiced chicken skewers, fried moon tortilla and tamarind baby octopus with a spiced apricot purée.
The theme spread across the grazing plates and cocktails this season is a delightful spice to liven up corporate, casual and romantic drinks with the best view in town.
