Yoga: Fluid movements assist in strengthening the core and increasing posture development and flexibility.
Pilates: Sequences of muscle resistance exercises and strength based routines help to improce posture and flexibility.
Bubacise: For new mums and bubs, helps for strength and movement.
Energy: A high energy, calorie burning cardio workout that burns fat and gives results fast.
Zumba: Choreographed dance moves help to strengthen and burn fat.
Aqua Aerobics: Low impact to increase strength and help movement.
Held in beautiful South Bank Parklands in open-air fitness classes on luscious green lawns or with a view of the pool and Brisbane river; classes are sure to entice those who enjoy an awesome breaky or arvo tea after a workout.
You could enjoy a delicious bliss ball at dot espresso for just 100 calories and even a doughnut from Doughnut Time for 300 calories, just some of the food on offer after your classes at South Bank.
You could burn up to 500 calories at the Energy or Zumba classes while the other classes see you burning 150-250 calories so you have some room to move in terms of re-fuelling.
