Summer days are fading fast and March brings cooler nights and a perfect opportunity to indulge in the inaugural longest dinner under the stars at the beautiful heritage listed Eagle Farm racecourse.
A magical night awaits as the longest table winds its way along a breezy pathway set under a canopy of twinkling fairy lights and majestic Morton Bay Fig tree.
Grab your mates and participate in this tantalising experience, starting with free flowing beverages, roving canapés and gastronomic delights including freshly prepared creamy pate and duck terrine.
On seating you will be treated to a gourmet two course meal.
The menu includes succulent eye fillet beef (its so tender it melts in your mouth) and delicate crispy skin quail all perfectly prepared and presented by Brisbane’s Racing Club Culinary team.
Food is fresh and selected from South East Queensland’s finest producers and curated with inspiring wines to impress.
Dessert is dreamy creamy vanilla bean pannacotta, perfectly sweet with a pomegranate twist and the table setting is just divine with candles and fresh greenery that will get you Insta-worthy pics.
Complete your meal with a lavishly prepared experience station – a feast of fresh and dried fruits, a generous selection of farm house cheeses and finally relax with the gentle sway of live music.
This delightful evening under the stars celebrates all that is truly wonderful and magical about living in Brisbane…enjoy!!
