Queensland Museum events this April

Take the kids to the Queensland Museum this month with three great events.

Museum Detective

Children aged 7–12 years are invited to put on their favourite detective caps with Museum Detective.

The kids can investigate some cool objects in the lab using cameras, UV light, magnifiers and x-rays to reveal hidden clues.

The event has been inspired by their latest exhibition, Egyptian Mummies: Exploring Ancient Lives.

A Night at the Museum

Ever been keen to check out dinosaurs at night?

Queensland Museum will give you access to the entire museum including Egyptian Mummies: Exploring Ancient Lives exhibition, find the hidden scarabs in the Egyptian Mummies family trail. You can create pharaoh masks, enjoy science experiments, and dance inside the museum’s disco party.

Discover Day for Little Learners under 6

Queensland Museum is hosting their popular Discovery Day for the little ones.

Children under 6 years can explore the wonders of the Museum through with a jam-packed activity schedule full of play.
