Dine with sommelier, Matt Skinner and chef, Tobie Puttock at Jamie’s Italian

Jamie’s Italian is welcoming two of celebrity chef’s Jamie Oliver’s mates to head up a fantastic dinner party and you’re invited!

Sommelier, Matt Skinner and chef, Tobie Puttock have designed a three course menu with paired wines to delight the senses.

Guests are invitation to sip Aperol Spritz (a personal favourite at Brisbane Weekender!) and wines from our local Granite Belt, chardonnay from Victoria and shiraz from South Australia.

With an indulgent dinner planned to a T, guests can settle into the evening with the likes of local Moreton Bay bug and sensationational 40 day aged Gympie Bistecca alla fiorentina.

Dessert enthusiasts will go crazy for the tantilising ALTO olive oil ice cream with roasted quince & muscovado meringue and a unique Drunken buffalotto with James Street rooftop honey & carta di musica.
