Owners of the famous LONgTIME in the Fortitude Valley, now bring you Rick Shores and the menu is pretty much same same but with a different view. It promises a mouth-watering fusion of Asian culinary delights. These include beautifully crafted Bao buns, which can be devoured by the dunes.

4. The Fish House
Incredible seafood dishes and fine wines in a beautiful rustic, hip beach setting. Fish House has also been known to host a few big name celebs, recently including Cate Blanchett.

5. Stradbroke Island Hotel
If you haven’t had a steak at the Straddie Pub, you haven’t done it right. Apart from their excellent gastro pub food, it’s got the ultimate spot for sunset appreciation, beers and good vibes.
